General Information

The Calling Leadership Conference is a gathering designed to encourage, equip and inspire leaders as they seek to make a lasting impact. It is a space to hear from experienced voices, gain fresh perspective, build meaningful connections and be encouraged in leadership for the season ahead.

Through inspiring teaching, practical insights, worship and opportunities to connect, The Calling brings leaders together to be strengthened, challenged and equipped for their calling.

The Calling welcomes attendees from all walks of life. Attendees include people working in the third sector, businesspeople, teachers, students, community and faith leaders. Whether you are leading a team, an organisation, a community or a movement, this conference is an opportunity to gain fresh perspective, develop your leadership and connect with others on a similar journey.

The Calling Leadership Conference will take place in October 2026 at the SEC Armadillo, Glasgow. Doors open at 8.30am for a 9:30am start, and a 4:30pm finish. There will be 3 sessions: Lead Yourself, Lead Others, and Lead Change, with coffee and lunch breaks in between. Further details, including the full schedule and timings, will be shared with registered attendees ahead of the event.

Registration & Tickets

Tickets can be purchased here through The Calling website. Simply click Get Your Tickets, select the number of tickets you require, complete your booking, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Tickets start from £115 + VAT, and group bookings are also available.

Your ticket includes access to the full Leadership Conference programme, including all main sessions, keynote speakers, teaching, and opportunities to connect with other leaders from across Scotland.

Tickets may be transferable to another person if you are no longer able to attend. Please contact the event team with the new attendee’s details so we can update the booking.

Yes, group bookings are available for organisations, congregation, and teams who would like to attend The Calling together. Group bookings make it easier to register multiple attendees in one booking.

Arrival & Attendance

We advise arriving between 8.30am and 9am to allow plenty of time to take your seats before the 9.30am conference start.

Please have your ticket ready to be scanned by our welcome stewards at the main Armadillo entrance.

If you’re arriving as part of a large group (8+ people), please get in touch in advance. We can arrange for a steward to be on hand to help your group enter together as smoothly as possible.

We recommend bringing your ticket (printed or on your phone), a fully charged mobile phone, a notebook and pen if you’d like to take notes, and a reusable water bottle if you wish.

Small bags, such as handbags and small carrier/shopping bags, are permitted into the venue. Suitcases, large handbags (A3 size/30cm x 42cm and above), backpacks/rucksacks are not permitted at events in the OVO Hydro or SEC Armadillo. Large bags not permitted into the venue can be deposited in the Cloakroom in the SEC Centre (£8.50 per item). Please note that all bags are subject to security searching.

Food & Facilities

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available during the scheduled break for all attendees.

Lunch is included for VIP ticket holders and guests attending the lunchtime sessions. If you’ve let us know about any dietary requirements when booking, these will be catered for.

For all other attendees, a range of food will be available to purchase at lunchtime. You’ll find a variety of options, including burgers, fish and chips, Greek gyros, jacket potatoes, grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and soups. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary options will be available, and you can let us know about any dietary requirements when booking or by updating your order in advance.

Lunch will be available in hall 5 with a variety of vendors to choose from as well as an on-site restaurant. Both will cater for all dietary requirements.

Yes, the SEC Armadillo is fully accessible, with step-free access throughout the venue. Accessible parking, seating areas, lifts, and accessible toilet facilities are available.
